Ripoff

I sent my money in on the 8th and my friend sent hers in on the 6th of August and neither one of us have recieved a response. I have called several times and sent them a letter and I have yet to have recieved a response, but I plan on taking this all the way because its rediculous for people to already be having a hard time and them a company wants to take advantage of you.
