I was billed for the product on 10/13 and never recieved login info that was said to arrive in a few minutes to my email address. Have emailed suppert at least 40 times and have gotten no response. I was also billed for a product by a company called Logical inovations. The product DVD InstaClone was never mentioned during the registration process with 24/7. I have never recieved this product either.
I have emailed this company at least 40 times also and have recieved no response from them either. This company is also in Rochester. I have filed a complaint on 24/7 with the BBB (73 other people have also). Am going to file a complaint with the NY State Attorney General and with anyone else I can find that will listen.
