In Dec I was contacted by phone by some people from Ramada Resorts, trying to sell a vacation package for me and my family, they said I could not call them back because its a one time deal.
I had no time to think about it, they kept me on the phone for a long time telling me about this great package that they have. I tried to tell them that I was not interested but they will not take no for an ansewer, they tricked me into buying into this package deal and saying that I don't have to travel right away and that they were very flexiable.
I offered to mail them a cheque but they wanted my cridit card, they charged me $698.00 U.S.in total they said that I would not have to pay any more fees. I tried to call back to cancel and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Alex, he would not cancel my bookings even though it was only a couple hours, I tried to cancel my visa payment, but they took the money right away.
They put me on to a few other staff and they who tried to tell me that they cannot cancel and that everything was explained to me, one staff told me that no one put a gun to my head to make me book this vacation. Please help me get my money back I have tried to cancel many times but all they keep saying is to sell it. I am not able to travel because of my recent seperation.
