If you have a Capital One charge card, they may have entered you in to receive magazines without you knowing it. This is what happened in my case anyhow. I e-mailed the credit card Co. To let them know I had an unauthorized charge. They then e-mailed me back and said it was a service that THEY are associated. They apologized for the error and told me to call NSS at 1-800-205-9198. You talk to a computerized person and when you get to the part asking if you wish to UNsubcribe, they do and confirm that you will get a refund in 1 or 2 billing cyles. They also give you a confirmation number. I then e-mailed the credit card Co. Again asking if I had to pay because I didn't want a finance charge. They told me to pay if I wanted and wait for the credit or don't pay and any fees for this charge will be dismissed. Hope this helps SOME of you. (This may be the case for other credit card institutions but that I do not know.)
