I received an "Invoice" for $86.25 for a 14 minute call to a 900 number, placed on date and at a time I was out of town. No one else has access to my phone. Based on my Internet research, I did not call the company.
I did report them to the Sonoma County (California) District Attorney's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and the local television station's consumer protection program. I have also passed the info on to everyone in my email address book.
