It is too unfortunate we have to encounter these dishoneset individuals. I was scammed by the same story that there were extra "Dogg Digital" professional speakers in the van and the person needed to get rid of it badly or else he will be in trouble. I believe his name is Gio, the same guy previous post had mentioned.
Are we going to let them get away with it and laughing behind our back? I went to the local police and they couldn't do anything about it because they were not at the "crime scene". However, for those who is really interested doing something about it you can contact the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Talk to Consumer Protection Unit (714-347-8706) and have them sent you a copy of consumer complaint to fill out.
If don't want to call you can also write to them at
Office of the District Attorney
County of Orange
Post Office Box 808
Santa Ana, California 92702-0808
If there are enough complaints then they will do a formal investigation on the company. I urge everyone has been scammed by Dogg Digital file a report, because every report counts. Don't let them get away with this. If we can build a case at the district attorney's office then maybe we can all get our money and dignity back.
