This company, North Shore Agency, Inc., offered me a FREE trial look at information called "Your PC Made Easy." Along with that, they stated that if I wasn't happy with the "trial" information I could simply write "cancel" across their invoice and that would end the "subscription." I did as I was told.
Since that time, I continue to get bills telling me to pay my "balance due" of $25.15. I sent the first couple of invoices back and wrote on them that I did not want the information. I continued to receive bills and threw them away.
Today I received another bill. This time North Shore is pretending to be a collection agency and is demanding that I pay the money to settle a debt for owed to "their client."
These people are only out for the $. I would gladly join a class-action suit against them. It is time to stand up and stopped this illegal form of harrassment. Enough is enough.
