I have had my account for some time. I received a call the other day because my payment is late (For the 1st time). I was told that as long as payment was made by 6/1 - no additional charges would be incurred.
I went to the website online yesterday and made a payment. This morning I received a call looking for a payment - and surprisingly the balance is about a $100.00 more than it was yesterday online. This person (CHANDRA) was terrible and put her supervisor (LANA) on the line. She was WORSE. She could not have been more insulting - not her problem that I was late - too bad if I made a payment on their system it didn't post so it was as if it did not happen. I asked if she would remove the overcharges - NO - It was ridiculous - I hung up. I told her to cancel the card and she responded she would and that the FULL BALANCE WAS DUE TODAY. I would like to file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC - but would like to copy the company. This is CRAZY!!
