I purchased two 2-Way Radios and submitted the rebates on 9/28/03 for $50 from Columbia Telecommunications. 1/18 email—unanswered. 2/9, Columbia Tel said the check was in the mail. 3/24, checks are still waiting to go out, "we are a small company" she said. 5/2, "don't call us, call the rebate line." Message left & no return. And on it goes.
