Bought the two-way radio set at Fry's in Campbell, CA in 10 May. Mailed the mail-in rebate on 12 May. Have not recieved any rebate check yet. The Rebate form says 12-14 weeks but its been 7 months now. They do not reply to e-mails and the 800 number is always busy. I am also going to file a complaint with BBB. Http://complaints. Worst part, the product sucks.
Do not ever buy any products from columbia telecommunications group.
