Fairbanks capital got our loan from contimortage in 1996 and caused us to fall hehind in payments by adding on late charges caused us to file chapter i3 bankrutcy then we fell out of chapter 13 in august they had their laywers in our town tacoma washington state file forcloser on our property. We are still fighting them but they sold our house to manufactures & traders trust company one m&t plaza, buffalo, ny 14203-2399 washinton state laws suck can i still fight them or not. For some reason i think they just sold my house to one of there own companys is that legal. Help please
