I was one month behind in my mortage payment the started to try and take my house so i had to file chapter 13 to keep from loseing my house

I was one month behind in my mortage when they started foreclosure proceeding. I had to file chapter 13 inorder to keep my house. However, they still don't want to except my mortage payment its been 9months and i'm am still fighting this battle
