Paid $400 for 10 lessons. Only got 2. Will not refund.
After 2 lessons, Sifu Ralph Haenel has cancelled scheduled lessons for 6 consecutive times due to various reasons / excuses.
Does not return phone calls. Emails are not returned until a week later in most cases.
4 months later and I still cannot get lessons.
I requested for a refund for the remaining lessons that were never delivered, left 2 voice messages which were never returned.
If he cannot give the lessons, for whatever personal reasons, he should not ask me to pay for 10 lessons at a time. (probably just a sales tactic).
Sifu Ralph Haenel seems to be characteristic of typical of instructors that are more interested in taking your money than helping you.in the least, he is extremely disorganized and has completely failed to deliver what you PAY for.
