Paid for six weeks of tennis lessons I never got and was never reimbursed anything ripoff

I was contacted by John Bhatty through submitting an inquiry for beginner tennis lessons on the website www.clickforlessons.com. John informed me that he was starting a new lessons on June 19th. Per his request, I mailed him a check for the six weeks of lessons the first week in June.

When I went to our first class, I found out that the two other people in my session were not beginner but rather had been taking lessons for over a year. Following the first class, John emailed me asking if I could switch to a different time and day, which would not work for me.

I informed John on July 1st that I would not be continue with his lessons because they were not what I agreed to and asked him to mail me back my payment minus the one session I attended. I have not received any money or response back from John and he has been ignoring my messages.

I would like others to know what type of teacher he is and look elsewhere for lessons.
