This is a warning! I am in the process of having a home built, it will be built by someone I know who has built hundreds of homes. While out search for lots he took me to a Ryan Home development in Stow, OH. We looked at the first home on the left as you enter the development.
The home was fully framed. My friend point out dozens of problems with the home. Problems that a normal person would not know. The home was out of square, the home was straight on the foundation, part of the home was lifted up with shims. Warning - do not build with Ryan!
