I bought a townhome from Ryan Homes in a new development - Willowbank. The first question I asked, "what is the HOA fee', response $67.00 per month. During closing on the agreement the HOA stated, '$141.00", Ryan Homes said, they misquoted the initial price by Shew Community Management SCM). SCM has not provided the level of service to the undeveloped properties (10) at 141.00 per month as stated in the terms and conditions. S&S Development Corp who is suppose to develop the properties (like pictured on the Ryan Homes sales brochure has done absolutely nothing on their part. Ryan Homes said, 'there out of the development, because the townhomes are sold", SCM is late with the 'Financial Will' statement for the Home Owners and S$S Development Corp is nowhere to be heard of. The city of Media continues to collect the property taxes.
