This builder will ruin your new home experience by dumping their problems with a home they built on your property and home. The home they built next door had a drainage problem on the other side of the property from me. It was determined in writing that a swale should have been installed except this corrupt company thought they would save money and dump the water problem on my foundation and grading. This illegal action is causing foundation and grading damage to my home. And yes I bought my home from them also. Please do not buy from this company as they are lower than a snakes belly in a wagon rut.
