My bills over the past two years have had to be re avaluated do to over charges. If i changed my plan thay would double charge me. Then on my last bill i changed my plan but thay charged me $200 for the plan but gave me the minutes of a $100 plan (thats 1650 missing minutes)
When confronting thay said it was tawored nexd mounths bill. Mad about the situation of geting a $950 bill for the third mounth in a row. The first month was our falt but the next mounth we cut back on our minutes and payed the first $1000. We whent to just night and week end talking but they had told me that you are with your time zone no mater wher you are.
When i got my next bill it was $800 of over the minutes and roming mined you i have a nation wide plan and should have no roming. When i had them revue it to take it of thay caled and left a mesage that it was the way it shold be. When I called costomer service complane the rep on the other line was looking at my bill and said there is something rong with it and fixed it for me.
Then on my newest bill i looked on the web page to se how many minutes i had left in the month with 3 no weekend days to go it showed that i had 300 more minutes. At the end of the billing date i caled to fined out why one of my phones was not exepting calles thay tolde me my new balence of $950 dollers i asked how i could have emased $800 dollers in 3 days they told me i should have been watching my account on line. I told them i was they told me i must have read it rong.
Looking through my new bill i noreced a lor of calles exactaly one houre apart for the exact same amount of minutes and one says the phone # and the other says roming. This gos on all through out my bill. But the best part is the 1433 minute call that was maed at 7:56PM and calls maed an 8:53 and 9:00 for 20 minutes with another call at the same time as two cales at 9:02
it gets betterthen at 11:58PM the same day another 1439 minute call with tones of other calles right during that.
Now whati want some one to explane to me is how you can use a total of 2996 minutes in a 24 hour span tha twould be about 50 houres of talking on one phone. Even with call waiting how could you be on the line at the same time with two 23 hour calls and still have incoming calls some doubeling over you would have to have 4 lines do do what they are saying i have done. And to tope that it was done at the time that that phone was moving through tennesse where you have spoty to no reseption coverage.
Cingular has a license to steel. How can you trust any thing thay said you used if you can plainly see thay just maid it up in hopes id just lay down and pay.
