First cingular wireless falsified records of calls to them made by my wife, who was not an authorized user on my account. They changed my calling plan however she requested regardless of the fact that she was not listed as a user. What they recorded as happening during those conversations was that they did not change account services when she called. Even my passwords were changed.
Second, when I changed my calling plan, requesting that everything be the same as the last calling plan, with more minutes, they randomly changed the time at which my night and weekend minutes began to 2 hours later. This way they negated the reason for me having more minutes and I was once again charged for using more minutes than my plan allowed. I also requested that my plan change not be prorated. Which they promply ignored and prorated my new calling plan anyway.
Cingular has also been charging for "free" wireless to wireless calls. Those calls have gone on my bill as minutes used under my plan in spite of the fact that I have free wireless to wireless. Many of the people I talked to on the phone are also cingular customers, but I was charged for those minutes anyway.
