Furniture Bill Never Arrived, No-Interest Period Running Out

I purchased furniture from Rooms To Go on the basis of an extended no-interest period from the credit card company "Citifinancial Retail Services."

But then you wait 6 months or more and still do not receive a bill. You have to harass them over the phone to get a bill and billing address. (They must be hoping you forget so they can slam you with a high interest charge.)

This is the second time I have gone through this, and I know it is deliberate trickery.
