I purchased an air conditoner 90 days same as cash thru a company called kca companies. They finaced the purchased thru Citifinancial retail service. When I got my bill there was an unexplained charge for 16.34 more than the original charge. I have made three calls to Citifinancial to get it corrected. Nothing has been done. I am going to pay them only what I owe.
