Lavene Tullis is my exwife of two & a half years. She had her last name changed in the divorce decree but not at Fingerhut.
She used my last name in her transactions. She decides to let her bills go to a collection agency so I would be charged with them.
I paid the phone bill because the phone co. Said I was liable since the account was opened while we were married. She even got a new number when she moved. The phone co. Didn`t even ask me if they could change the number. She had asked them while using my last name to keep from paying any charges.
About a month later I find this Fingerhut bill attached to my windshield wiper when I left church. My name with her address on the bill.
I believe she should have to pay both bills. This is fraud. It is also cruel & degrading. I am on SS & can`t afford this.
