I thought my experiece was my own. Then I read several others on here with the exact same problem. I signed up for a free DVD and a 30 day trial membership. What I got was a royal pain.
I called up to cancel my membership (getting the phone number was hard as hell) and was informed that it was taken care of. One week later I go to use my debit card and its denied. I go look at my statement and there was 139.95 taken out without my consent. After some research I found out it was Galleria / MWI / Simple Escapes (or whatever they call them selves).
I called back again and calmly reported my situation (i didn't talk to one person that was easy to understand / that could understand me). Eventually they said they would put the money back but that sure didn't help me the next 3 days when i had NO MONEY. This is one heck of a rip-off they have going. I definately learned my lesson on this one. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
