On November 6 I sign up for a trial membership to Simple Escapes for $1.00. That same day I canceled my membership. On my December bank statement I found a charge for $14.95 from Simple Escapes that I did not authorize.
I called Simple Escapes at 1-877-836-6903 on January 25. I made a total of 3 calls only to be hung up on everytime they tried to transfer me. I want a refund of my money and I dod not want them to charge my account anymore.
