Horrible customer service

I first ordered my product on December 28th; I did not receive my item until January 24th. It took nearly one month to send me two hockey pucks that were in stock! They of course charged my credit card within about 48 hours of the order. I contacted via e-mail 4 times, and to this day have never gotten a reply back. I would call and they would say "It will ship out tomorrow." It never did. I call again and they said "It will ship out tomorrow." It never did. And a third time I call and they said "It will ship out tomorrow." It never did. I requested a refund and then they actually shipped the item out the next day. They blamed a warehouse in Canada and also due to New Years. New Years is one day in the year! So maybe it delays the items for ONE DAY, not weeks! I now have the pucks and one is damaged! They said I can return it and if they decide it is damaged they will issue me a credit for the item and my return shipping. I don't want a credit! I want the right item not damaged. I sent them pictures of the item but still don't hear back from them. I am telling everyone I know to NEVER SHOP AT SPORTSMEMORABILIA.com
