I ordered two items from Toyglobe.com. Received one item along with another package, and the other one item was missing. Toyglobe.com made me waited for about two weeks without any status update execept that they will notify me when the item is in stock. After waiting for so long, I check their site and found the the item is in stock, and contact their order support to have the item shipped on the same day. They responded by saying they are going to give me a refund instead. I asked them why they make me wait for so long, and when the item is finally in stock, they gonna give me a refund instead? But, since I was so sick of their unprofessional service (their agent "Bella" actually pulled a attitude on me and told me that the reason why she reply that late was because she doesn't work on Tuesdays. - Bella, the world does not revolve around your schedule!!!)
I told them that I will accept the refund only if it includes the shipping charges. From then on, I received no responses from them despite my several attempts to follow up. Until I checked my credit card yesterday, they only refunded for the item and attempts to charge shipping fee when they never shipped the item to me. Also, they failed to inform me that there are extra charges for international exchange rates when I was led to believe their company was based in New York. I filed a dispute with credit card company, I am also going to file as many report against them as I can, and I am going to find their agent in the US so I can file a lawsuit against them. Consumers beware of this company!
