I placed an order on-line for a piece of audio equipment. Aproximately 1 day or so later I received an e-mail from them informing me that the item was back ordered for a couple of weeks, and asked if that would be a problem. I returned the e-mail and told them I could wait, and ok'd the transaction. That was 2 months ago, Sept. 5th/06. I have since sent many e-mails, checked the order status on the website, and placed calls to the company that no human (answering machine) ever answers. My credit card has been charged, and no item has ever been shipped.
