I ordered an income tax course from this company. I received an e-mail thanking me for the order and stating that another e-mail would arrive with my confirmation number; never came. The I received e-mails stating that due to overwhelming response to their offer the delivery would be later than expected. I continued to send an e-mail every couple of weeks requesting delivery; no response. I tried to call on several occasions but each all went to a recording stating that due to high level of calls I should leave a message and they would return call; they never called back. I sent letters; no response. This went on for several months.
I contacted the California Better Business Bureau. They investigated and notified me that the company stated that I should go to the website and request a refund OR I could send them $50 more and they would send me the 2008 tax course. Like I really was going to send them more money.
It has now been 9 months since this all started and I have received no income tax course nor have I received a refund. Do not do business with this company at all costs.
