RIPOFF - Company Does Not Send Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders

I placed an order with this company for some of their products back in early December. After several weeks had passed, I sent an email to inquire about delivery of my order. I received a response that the order may be held up by Customs and that they would check with the Post Office and get back to me.

Another several weeks passed by and no response or delivery of my order.By this time, we were already into late January. I sent another email stating that I was no longer interested in their product since it was taking so long for delivery and that I would like a refund. The response that I received was, in order to exercise the money back guarantee, I would have to ship the order back to Malaysia.

I sent another response stating that it was exactly because of the fact that I had not received anything from them is the reason why I was requesting a refund. I also informed them that I was reporting them to Consumer Affairs. I would've also report them to the Better Business Bureau if I had a physical address.

I have since contacted the third party vendor who handles all of their billing transactions and they have been providing me with some assistance as far as making contact and informing them that they still owe me a refund. So far, I have not heard anything from this company.

WARNING: Do not conduct business with them.
