They charged me extra funds for every day i put a fraud alert on my acct. They still let it go through 2 times, Then charged me late fees because it bounced

The bank is wronfully charging me extra fees after i told them to close my acct. They did not so a debit that i had a fraud alert on &it bounced. They let it go through 2 times. I should not be charged anything because i closed the acct. But it is still opened the bank refused to close it.
