I have been processing with United Bank Card for several months.in Oct. I was ill for over 3 weeks and did NO processing, yet they kept charging me fees, repeatedly, and once I was better, I went online to my bank acct. And saw they charged me almost everyday several times within seconds always in the wee hours of the morning. Between 4 and 8 transactions with seconds. They overdrew my account well over $900 which I had to pay. Finally, I had NO alternative but to close my account after speaking with several reps and only ONE supervisor, she is the only one. SHE suggested I close my account, and I did. This morning UBC took out $250 from my acct. For early termination!!! I have contacted my bank, going to close my bank acct. I have had for over 10 years, and will have to make a new on. E KEEP FAR AWAY from these rip offs. I have been totally stressed because of them. There are many more merchants out there that won't rip you off like these people do! They offer you a FREE terminal, yet they remove from your acct. Over $500 for it (even tho they said it would be 2 sepearate payments, LIED) and then put it back in after several days, meanwhile checks are bouncing everywhere. The terminal is NOT free. If you want monies taken from your account on a daily basis, EVEN when you aren't processing, than go with these guys, otherwise, look elsewhere!
