Idproc
I had a deduction taken out of my savings account, causing an overdraft fee, i don't know who they are Idproc.com internet

I recieved an overdraft notice in the mail today, it was for a fee to idproc.com in the amount of 31.94 and an overdraft fee of 25.00, i have no idea who this company is, nor did i give them permission to do this. I live on disability with a broken neck and do not recieve much money and this has just stressed me to the point of needing to go back on my meds. I need every little penny i get and this just isn't right could someone please tell me how to deal with this and maybe get my money back thank you
