I was contacted by Timeshare Savings Network last November to sell a Myrtle Beach timeshare. I was told by their representative that my asking price was too low and they would have no problem getting a lot more for it. He further stated that he would have offers to present by December and should he not be able to sell it, my money would be refunded so I had no risk. I signed a contract and paid $784 up front. I was e-mailed various testamonials and a letter from Brian Davis (Senior Marketing Director) containing Florida State Statue 501.615.
In December I received a call from one of TSN's competitors telling me that Timeshare Savings Network and First Freedom Mortgage Group had been "shutdown" by the State of Florida.
I have tried repeatedly to contact them and have been unable; either the phone has been disconnected or the voice mail is full. There has been absolutely no contact since the contract was faxed to Jennifer McCarty of TSN and I have been ripped off.
