Kasamba
Was refused a refund for a phychic reading due to problems with their comunication system and stating it was my fault when it was clearly theirs also have susspitons that they a using previous recorded sessions from other reders to copy the readings

I have used the service Kasamba for phychic reading for a no of months and have spent major dollars on readings that are basically all the same... One recent session that i had with a reader the communication system at kasamba had clearly broken down, and the time between typing and recieving the information was about one minute per sentance my minuts were being eaten up for nothing and then suddenly the whole transcript was wiped!!!

During the session the reader said to me "what happened"? And when i replied she wrote back {after about 2 mins} "why are u typing so slow"? I then replied "i'm not i'ts the communications sytem" with no reply after about a minute i then ended the session. I then reported this situation to kasamba and asked for a refund only to be told it was basically nothing to do with them it WAS MY FAULT FOR ENDING THE SESSION! Well i saw red! As they told me they would not be refunding my money..

I have since written to them again and telling them i will be taking this to the authorites well did i get a quick response mmm normally it takes 24 to 48 hours to reply and as soon as i wrote to them the reply was instant telling me it will be handeled by a reprentitive boy i can't wait for the response! Clearly these people are the biggest and cleverest ripp off merchants i think i've ever seen. After revueing my redings basically { and there were a lot of them} they were all the same!!! Mmm some were different time frame but 99% were exactly the same time frames gee to me tha'ts tooooo much of a coincisdence...

I truely believe that they have on their computers copies of your previous sessions with other readers! Which explains everything why the same things are going to happen, why the time frames are the same and why they all call u dear if this is true then i've learnt my lession big time and a word of warning to all do not and i repeat do not go anywhere near kasamba they are frauds! Maybe one or two of them are genuine but the rest mmmmm rip offs they are laughing all the way to the bank i would like these people to be investigated so this does not happen to anyone else please becarefull
