Kasamba, the company is definitely a fraud. I was charged for a technical glitch which made my session run kept running even though I couldn't see a word that was typed. I complained and Kasamba emailed back saying they would refund me the extra minutes, that was 3 months ago in March and no word from them.
I emailed again a few days ago and today I received an invoice from the expert charging me the amount I was billed for in March. If I did not respond in 7 days I will be charged.
I checked my session history and billing history and BOTH session and billing history for this expert is missing.
My session and billing was removed by KASAMBA. They manipulated my account to show that no such session happened in march and I was not billed. I have a PAPER STATEMENT from my credit card company that shows I was billed on that exact date.
Kasamba took my money, refused to pay the expert and now wants to charge me again. This is fraud!
Manipulating my account is FRAUD!
Not only are some of the psychics there are fakes, Kasamba is one too.
