I am trying to find my estranged husband for my lawyer to send court papers to in order to get a divorce and child support payments for our son
My husband has never taken responsibilty for his child, seen him spoken to him or provided for him I have done it all however I have retained a position of work in New Zealand but have since found out that New Zealand Immigration need a letter or court order stating that I have the necassary permission to travel with our child and that I can take him out of my country, England.
Obvioulsy this permission is needed form my husband so as hasnt answered any letters in t he past I thought it would be worth trying to locate an address for him another way hence using and paying for CIS worldwide but as I said previously he info was what I already knew but it also gave me info on myself stating that I ahd lived in several places that I hadnt.
I am very upset as I was really hoping to sort this put legally once and for all for the sake of my son who deserves so much more than he has had so far which has been a big fat zero.
I got nothing form them yet they took approx $100 in total from me and when I tried to contact them via their e mail I didnt even get a reply, so I am still left none the wiser, poorer and still struggling on my own whilst my husbnad has the time of his life, its simply just not fair.
