I called my phone company last month, don't remember why. I found out that two companies have been billing on my account for several months, one of them for over a year. I never look at my phone I just pay it—BIG MISTAKE. The two companies combined was just over $30 a month. When I contacted them I was told they could credit for the last 3 months. When I received my phone bill today—I have one credit for $1.25 from just one of them. This was nowhere never the amount this company had been charging me every month. I was also told by them that I must have answered a question or survey for them to do this.
The services they offer are—get this—identity protection and the other is for voice mail. Please check your phone bills. I feel so stupid for not looking at mine. Both companies are scams. Be careful what you answer on the internet, too. I was told by the local phone company that one of them even had access to make long distance from my number. Oh yeah, they are "consider" or known as a service warehouse. Another name they go by is Enhanced Services.
