I have tried to contact upper mgmt @ Drive Financial on numerous occassions, regarding payments that I have made. They are applying 75% of my monthly payment toward interest. Why? Next, when I try to speak with upper mgmt they hang up on me. On Dec. 24th I called them a total of 10 times before I decided to go on-line and research this company.
I make my payment every month via online through my bank account, and it appears that it is not always a guarantee that the payment makes it to them on that day or they don't process the payment on that day but, they charge a fee for the payment not being processed on that day, then they take away from your monthly payment of your bill and apply it toward interest. I have had my car for almost a year and looks as though I have only paid $600.00 toward the purpose of my vehicle, it really doesn't ;look good on my credit report either.
