Drive Financial Numerous Rude Calls, Poor Customer Service, and hidden Fees direct towards my interest! Ripoff

I was shocked and happy to know that i wasn't in this predicament alone. Drive Financial is by far the worst company ever. I was late on one of my payments so i made arrangements with them to pay half of the payment one week and the other half the next week.

The representative told me this was fine but i had to make the payment through money gram because their system wont except nothing less than the actual payment amount. So i made the payment through money gram like she instructed me to do. They waited about a day or so and started calling me asking when was i going to be able to make the next payment. Mind you i had already made arrangements with them concerning this.

I finally answered the call and the rep told me that i was being charged $10.77 everyday i was late and it was being applied to my interest. This particular fee was not included into my contract. My contract clearly states that i have a ten day grace period. Upon the tenth day i would be charged 5% of my initial payment not to exceed $50.00. They told me the contact i had wasn't theirs it was the dealers.
