I purchased my used car and didn't know when I was to pay my first payment until a few days before christmas. When I was finally contacted, Drive Financial blamed the car dealer. Then I was told I must pay my second payment in 2 weeks.
Drive Financial did not collect my 1st payment until the day my second payment was due. I can bet that my payment was deliberately held over to so that they can charge me higher interest for the 1st payment, which was already 2 weeks late when they finally contacted me.
I have no problem being part of a lawsuit. I really feel bad when consumers are ripped off and charged interest only because of a company's neglect.
