There was another guu with the same company, same issue. I got a call about a grant going into my account, they knew all my information and asked me to say yes after each beep.
I asked what i was saying yes to and i was insured that it was just verifying I was still on the line, that i was not agreeing to anything. Now i get a 29.95 charge on an account I rarely use anymore and they are saying they have me approving this fee.
If anyone is interested in starting a lawsuit let me know, I am sure they won't be happy to just say yes after the beep!!
