This all started with an advertisement from a local news paper witch I call with Dennis Danielle from VendStar. Mr. Danielle told me I could expect to make $1800.00 a month from 30 vending machines recommending I use Specialty Marketing to find locations for me and that they would get me started making money faster He then gave me their Phone # 866-403-5859 and told me to talk to Jennifer Buffington so I called her and we talked I told her that Mr. Danielle had told me to call her about locating 31 vending machines for me she assured me I could make $3.00 a day per machine I told her I was concerned that I would not be able to because I live in a rural area she asked were I lived and ran some report on her computer then told me she had 90 locations in Howell the town I live in and 330 locations in Livingston county that I would not have a problem getting good locations and that she would relocate them for me for 3 years at no additional cost to me After talking to her I felt excited that I could really do this a couple of days a month and Make that much money I told her I would probably get more machines after I started making money so I ordered the 30 vending machines they gave me one free for 31 I then called Jennifer back and set up a time to have her locater come help me get them located she said she was sending one of their top locaters Kyle Parks he came and we located 20 machines he made me feel uneasy right away he started pulling my charity stickers off and that he worked with a different charity and that I would not have to worry about giving them any money I stopped him from removing any more of my stickers and we continued he told me to wait in the car until he found a location then he would introduce me to the owners.
At one location he came out with a machine belonging to someone else he said they had not been around to fill it so he took it. At most of the locations he had me put machines their were already machines in the locations he told me to just put a different candy or nuts in them by this time we were not getting along vary well so we planed to meet the next day at 10:00 am cause I had to work that night. When I called him he said he would not be back in town until 12:30 so I told him we would have to do it another day.
I then called Jennifer and told her the my issues with Mr. Parks and that I wanted another locater she said ok but I would have to be patent I said ok she never got back with me it has been a month I have called but have not been able to talk to her she is always on another line or not their or something.
When I to check on the machines to fill them 4 of the 20 asked me to remove them one of the owners told me he was told I would be paying him $5.00 a month. Another told me he was of the understanding that all the money went to charity. I have only been able to average around 25 cents a day per machine not any were near the $3.00 on any of them. I really feel that this was a scam from the start.
