Boggles the mind! How on earth are companies able to get away with this???
First off, I have never applied for a loan with this company, never ever ever.
Second, NONE of my current mortgages have been sold or transferred to this company! (yes! I checked and double-checked!) And yes, current means current—my mortgages with my REAL mortgage lenders are current.
Yet, somehow, someway, this company is insisting that I am in default and must pay up. They have even engaged a local attorney to further pursue their "loan".
I've sent certified letters [cease and desist; proof of claim; etc.] but apparently no one reads them, because I certainly have never received and written verifiable proof of debt.
So, dear Ms. Natalie Jones at extension 3830, please send me written verifiable proof of your claim, otherwise, press the delete key on your bogus claim.
