I cant believe how this company gets away with doing what they do. My friend spent $200 for the book and two day course and took me along as a guest. It became such a waste of time just showing us all kinds of numbers and pictures trying to impress us and than constantly pitching other more expensive programs. He signed up to learn about foreclosures and instead was pitched more classes and how to make money with mobile homes and vacant land which we weren't interested in to begin with. Aside from the $200 I had to spend a weekend watching a room full of people get brain washed. Scott Zuckman even metions in the class how there is bad press on the program but we are just "hazardous waste material" holding other back. Wow the class was supposed to be about foreclosures and the three day program could have been consolidated in a couple of hours and still didn't provide the tools you need to be successful at foreclosures.
