When I refi'd in late April I had sent all my w-2's, banking info, work history, credit scores, etc to Andrew Tucker, loan officer at Concord Mtg and strongly requested a fixed rate for my loan. Andrew gave me (verbal agreement) a 5/1 loan. I was ok with that because I intended to sell in a couple of years when the market improved.
I signed the papers and first payment coupon arrived in late May for June marked it was a arm loan. I have lost all equity for my home, had my payments increased beyond affordability and am starting short sale process. I'm losing my home, credit score of 768, my pets and the last 40 years of my life. Thank you Andrew Tucker, hope you have a nice Christmas in your home. I'll be in the street living in a snowbank.
Andrew pulled a bait & switch tactic on me deliberately with full intentions of taking my home. I'm 60 years old, fighting cancer and going to be homeless soon. The American dream doesn't exist as long as there are people like Andrew Tucker being allowed to scam innocent people. So, where is all the help the politicians have offerred?
