I did the trail membership for true.com and was billed for a membership that i did not want. Their excuse was that i did not call to cancel it so i was automatically billed. I accepted that. I do not use the site. I wanted to check it out and see what it was about. Once i was billed the first time. I canceled my acount. Deleted my profile and closed it.
So it no longer exsists. I stopped receving emails from them so i thought it was closed. I also physicaly called them the first time and told them to close it., just recently (about two months later) I was charged for a membership that i did not want. I do not have my account on their site anymore, and i havent been on the site in about 2 months since the last incident.
I am upset now, becuase i do not have the money i thought i had. I was trying to use my card and it kept comming up as denied. I checked my bank statments and found out that i was charged for a membership that i do not have access to, and thought was suppose to be closed...
