This business is attempting to collect $85.17 from us for an account/membership that has been closed. Promised/threatened to put this matter into collections unless paid in full. Stated that last visit was 4/18/09 and they have been charging credit card since. Date of contact with us was 11/4/09. Reason being the checking account has been closed at which time they were notified and account/membership had been canceled verbally as instructed by employee. When membership was activated we were informed that membership "could be canceled at any time". They were notified. Jessica informed me that we were notified by e-mail only of pending issue. Never received it to the best of my knowledge.
