I signed up for a 14 day trial to Premier Shop Now through Zumba Fitness. I was told that once I received my trial membership I had 14 days to cancel before I was billed $19.95/month. I saw that my membership became active on 05/10/10 but I never received any information until 05/19/10 and the mail wasn't even postmarked until 05/14/10. I was charged the $19.95 monthly fee and I can't even use my membership because when I login to the website it tells me that my username/password is invalid. I tried calling the Customer Service number but it keeps telling me they're closed. Also, I went on the website and you can't even send them an email because there's no other contact information except for the customer service number that doesn't work! What do I do? How can I get my bill refunded and how do I cancel my membership before they charge me again!?
