Illegal withdrawal from bank account

EDP Reporting withdrew $159.95 from my bank account without my knowledge of what it was for.
I have repeately called and e-mailed this comp. With no acknowledgement form them. Now when calling, new comp, message w/add. To contact them.
No contact can be made by e-mails now.
