I ordered over $100 of merchandise, and received no confirmation or any emails from them, but they did charge my account. I finally sent an email after a month, stating that they had deleted money from my account and had not sent my order, and that if I did not hear from them by the end of the day, I would request a refund from my account. They finally responded. This was their email:
"Oh we deleted it did we? You didn't submit payment? Didn't receive an order confirmation with the processing time? Hear this. Your order is cancelled and you can start over elsewhere. How's that for a response? Heh, heh. Oh and good luck finding that collar. We're the only ones selling it.
They did refund my money, but I have received a number of other abusive emails. I've never experienced such a bizarre and abusive correspondence from a "customer service" department. They seem to think they are doing you a favor by taking money off your hands!
The exchange was ultimately upsetting. Consumers beware!
